Finances are such a snooze-worthy topic, aren’t they? I hate discussing them, thinking about them, and dealing with them. But since the hubs hates it even more, I’m left holding the bag.

In some ways, it’s probably a blessing. I’m naturally frugal and definitely Type A, so I scrutinize where every dime goes…whereas, he thinks nothing of stopping to buy a sandwich every single day.

Photographer Sara Lucero had always wanted to do a shoot entirely in black and white, and fortunately expecting parents Martha and Justin loved the idea! The session took place in Apple Valley, California, hence the lovely desert backdrop. You can tell from these photos that this is a fun couple, and they definitely brought that personality into the session.  How to Make the Wee Log Cabins

• Cut along all outer lines
• Fold along the lines where indicated: house walls, tabs, roof
• Secure the house piece with glue or tape
• Matching the fold of the roof with the peak of the cabin, glue or tape the roof to the cabin
